wonderful stay with great service
friendly staffbonvoy membershipupgraded suitespacious layout
the staff were eager to assist and showed a friendly attitude. being a bonvoy member proved beneficial when i extended my stay. i secured an upgraded suite at the price of a beautiful king room. the upgrade included a more spacious layout and enhanced amenities at the original rate.
i did notice some slight wear and tear in certain areas, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

the oceanfront view guest room featured a comfortable king size bed and provided fine views. the room had a well maintained bathroom including both a shower and separate bathtub ensuring relaxation. complimentary bottled water was provided daily, a nice touch.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of choices, including both western and asian options. i sampled the italian restaurant, its quality was good, and the service was attentive. the on site restaurants provided diverse culinary experiences.

the staff always greeted me with a warm smile and provided assistance with any request. the bell service was efficient, ensuring quick transport around the resort grounds. housekeeping maintained cleanliness, a very high standard and attention to detail.

the room service was punctual. i actually got my club sandwich in under 30 minutes.
The advertised smart tv turned out to be quite dumb. streaming my shows was impossible. It just showed the hotel menu. also the bathroom situation felt off, no hooks existed near the sink for hand towels which meant water ended up everywhere.

My room was very clean and had a spacious ocean view, I loved it! The buggy service was quick and efficient. Made getting around super easy. Breakfast was also quite delicious and the eating area overlooked the beautiful ocean. I was surrounded by greenery and nature !

Three well-kept pools offered refreshing swims. Each had comfortable lounging areas. The resort's layout included lush gardens with easy access to outdoor activities. A private beach provided opportunities for canoeing and kayaking!
